i just "broke out" arond my nose and i have graduation this friday. how do i get rid of them without buying something!

hi this is what i did when i had the same problem. wash you face with soap and water. then use alcohol to dry them out then use preparation H it shrinks the swelling and the redness. congrats and good luck
without buying something? by waiting. Don't overwash because it will irritate your skin even more and look worse. and don't use toothpaste thats not a good idea esp cinnamon flavors! pimples are caused by hormones so it isn't the fried food. You just have to wait it out, also you may want to change your sheets/pillowcases just to help keep your pores cleaner.
Try this, run a towel under really hot water, than rub it on your acne spots. This will open your pores and make your skin soft. Then squeeze the goo out. If you can't get anything out, STOP! It'll irritate your skin. I know, even if your a guy, maybe put a little bit of concealer, you know makeup. JUST FOR THE PICTURES. I hope this helps you. Congrats on graduating.
